The story behind the artwork

This fiery bird blazes with crimson feathers, golden spice, and soft peach blossom  a vivid, theatrical piece alive with energy and warmth. It’s the bold counterpart to its purple twin, and feels like a parrot mid-performance, bursting from a fantastical garden scene.

This is part of my Hybrid Sculpted Print Edition series artworks that start as giclée prints but are transformed through hand-cut and glued paper elements. While not pinned like my full 3D works, they have a rich sculptural quality that gives them life and movement.

Elena saw Harry Styles in this one, and I have to admit it has a certain flair.

Created in an edition of 75, each work is signed and numbered by me and presented in a clear perspex box frame that showcases its layered construction.

• Giclée printed on Matt Smooth Fine Art Cotton 300gsm.
