RETURNS

We put a lot of effort into ensuring all our products are up to a high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@kristjanaswilliams.com

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging

Please send the parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage  - we do not refund the cost of the return delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and  your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us on info@kristjanaswilliams.com as soon as possible.

GIFTS

We offer exchanges or gift vouchers for gifts, but we do not offer refunds on gifts. If you have received a gift that you would like to exchange, you can either exchange it for another product of the same value, or for an electronic gift voucher. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
