What is a Limited Edition Print?
When a print is a limited edition, it is one of only a limited number of copies produced, and once these have sold out there won’t be any more available. The edition number is placed in the bottom left hand corner of the print and the artist signs the print in the bottom right hand corner. The product page of our website will show you how many editions each particular print has.
Can I get help choosing a print or framing style?

WHERE CAN I SEE KRISTJANA S WILLIAMS WORK ON DISPLAY?
The work is on display at various locations throughout the globe. We have our own gallery at our studio which you are welcome to visit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if there is a location in your area.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY FRAMED PRINT?
Glass may be cleaned with a basic glass cleaner. Use a lint-free cloth to clean surface but make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the art itself. To keep the framework clean, dust regularly with lint-free cloth.
CAN I PURCHASE A HI-RES IMAGE TO PRINT MYSELF OR PRINT ONTO A CANVAS?
We do not license our images for others to print.
DOES KRISTJANA S WILLIAMS STUDIO DONATE TO CHARITY?
Yes, on occasion, we donate prints for charities. If you would like to be considered for a donation please email us at email@example.com and we are happy to look at your request. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests.
WILL MY PRINT BE SIGNED AND/OR EDITIONED?
All prints ordered from our website will be numbered and signed by the artist.
HOW CAN I ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF ARTWORKS?
As well as being numbered and signed by the artist, all prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT EDITION I WILL RECEIVE?

THE PRINT I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT NOW?

Both prints and framed prints are well packaged for a safe delivery.

HOW MANY ROLLS OF WALLPAPER DO I NEED?
If you need help calculating the amount of wallpaper rolls you will need for your space, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
CAN I RETURN ANY UNUSED ROLLS?
Yes, you are welcome to return any unopened rolls within 14 days of receipt. Please note, we recommend keeping a roll spare in case of future damage to your wallpaper.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WALLPAPER?
Wiping down your wallpaper with a damp cloth regularly will help keep up appearances.

WHICH PASTE SHOULD I USE WHEN HANGING THE WALLPAPER?
We recommend the use of a solvite based, ready mixed paste. You can find this at your local DIY store.
HOW CAN I PAY?

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
No, once an order has been placed we cannot add additional items to it. If you would like any additional items, however, please place another order on the website or call us on +44(0)207 613 5559. If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund the shipping costs, in any, for the additional item. If the initial order had free shipping and the additional item includes shipping the shipping charges will apply for the whole order.

WHY IS MY ITEM UNAVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
We are currently unable to apply a flat delivery rate on our oversized products for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Therefore, if you wish to purchase an oversized product please email email@example.com for a bespoke quote on delivery cost.
Oversized items include: All larger framed limited edition prints (A0+ / L / XL) and the Giant Octopus Shaped Cushion.
