A parrot mid-flight through a 17th-century Dutch oil painting, its feathers a kaleidoscope of lilac orchids, soft lemon blossom, curling lilies and velvet petals.
Look closer, and the details unfurl  butterflies, a leopard-spotted beetle, slices of gleaming citrus, all dancing in the sunlight. Its crest rises in a fan of green, violet and fuchsia leaves, while bees and delicate birds animate the air around it. Suspended in the sweet, sharp breath of a botanical dream, this bird captures not just a moment, but a flavour bright, surreal, and endlessly inviting.
